Winners of Las Vegas 2020 Global Gaming Awards
The recipients of Las Vegas 2020 Global Gaming Awards have been announced.
Following a comprehensive election process, with a window of self-appointment and feedback from our Nominating Panel and the gaming expert committee, Gambling Insider 100-strong jury of respected judges voted to win this year's crown.
Votes were rendered publicly by industry-leading CEOs and executives, before being adjudicated by KPMG.
Aristocrat won in as many as three separate divisions for the first time ever at the GGAs. The land-based business supplier of the year award, funded by Global Payments, was Aristocrat's first achievement.
Land-based Product of the Year, funded by 1xBet, was also taken by Aristocrat with his MarsXCabinet before the triple was completed in the FABICash slot of the year prize, as Aristocrat's Dollar Storm slot proved victorious.
Scientific Games was another major winner this year, winning two prizes at this year's Ceremony. First, the company won Digital Product of the Year, funded by Synergy Blue, and then Newgioco Group sponsored Product Innovation of the Year.
Seminole Gaming was the only organization to receive more than one prize. Seminole has received two awards since its purchase of Hard Rock International, winning the Land-Based operator of the year award, sponsored by IGT, and the Property of the Year Award, sponsored by Scientific Games, with Hard Rock's fabulous Guitar Hotel in Florida.
Next, Rush Street Interactive, backed by Connective Games, received the first ever Global Gaming Award, winning the wireless operator of the year category.
In the next group, MGM Resorts International in the Year Award Customer Loyalty Program has expanded on its rich past. Indeed MGM Resorts' M life has now won six times in this category out of seven Global Gaming Awards ceremonies.
Evolution was once again invited into the winners' circle in the Digital Industry Supplier of the Year category, funded by Aristocrat, having won Product Innovation of the Year in 2018 and Digital Product of the Year in 2017.
GeoComply won its third win in five years in the Responsible Business of the Year award, funded by CasinoTrac.
Finally, funded by Continent 8 Technology, this year's American Executive of the Year Award boasted another star-studded field, and was won by DraftKings CEO Jason Robins.
