Lars Kollind, a gaming and betting industry veteran with vast market experience, has been named by iSoftBet as Head of Business Development as the firm pivots towards 2021 with due regard for expansion.
Lars Kollind Takes Over The Production Of Business
iSoftBet, an expert in enforcement and managed markets, has taped iGaming veteran Lars Kollind, who is coming in as the company's new Head of Business Development. The move is part of a broader transformation that iSoftBet is undergoing in an attempt to reinforce the management team and ready the organization for expansion in 2021.
As Business Development Manager at Playson, head of B2B at Global Gaming, and Global Sales Director at Aspire Global, Kollind brings with him considerable experience.
Kollind will improve the efforts of the organization to find opportunities for further growth as well as allow iSoftBet to better understand consumer needs. Kollind will be charged as part of its remit with finding potential growth markets and improving sales.
Kollind will aim to further improve the product portfolio and create new consumer ideas, as well as help address current customer base requirements. One of Kollind's main focus points for 2021 will be finding prospects for emerging business growth.
Kollind will work under iSoftBet Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Michael Probert, in order to further streamline operations.
Commenting on his selection, Kollind said he was pleased to reinforce the established team of iSoftBet and was optimistic that 2021 will be a fruitful year for the company, finding new markets and prospects for expansion.
Preparing For Busy 2021 iSoft Taps Top Talent
iSoftBet has recently taken in a new leadership team to strengthen its management team. The growth was swift and taped into the big names of the industry, including ex-Microsoft marketing and communications executive Virginie Luce, who joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer.
Former Betsson HR Business Partner lead Anne Muscat Scerri who now leads the HR team inside iSoftBet are more deserving names.
In earlier april this year, the company tapped another ex-Betsson team member, Andrew Bonnici, Head of Data Science & BI, announced as Chief Product Officer. The professional lineup was expanded in June with Neal Garman's appointment as Chief Technology Officer.
Nir Elbaz, CEO of iSoftBet, took the chance to focus on the company's potential to succeed and develop, claiming that creativity was essential to its growth. He added further:
