German Regulatory Change Captures Endorphina Ready
Casino retailer and games supplier Endorphina has reported that it has fulfilled the regulatory requirements established by the German authorities, offering the constitutionally approved goods that they want to see to local gamers.
Endorphina Complies Entirely With The German Legislation Within The Timeframe
In reaction to the continuing re-regulation of the German iGaming and sports betting industry, Endorphina has been the first casino supplier to introduce reforms. Providers, associates and casino companies had to adhere to the latest regulations issued by the current New State Treaty on Gambling until October 15.
The casino provider indicated that it had thoroughly and within the agreed time-limit fulfilled the guidelines provided by the German authorities.
Endorphina also clarified that all of its games were consistent with the current rules, including german localization and a spin system allowing the spin to run for at least 5 seconds.
In addition, the supplier removed the auto-spin feature which permitted players to pre-load a fixed number of free spins and be "away" or not actively participate during play. Endorphina has made changes to ensure consistent and unambiguous view of the chance and return-to-player (RTP) values.
Commenting on the current need for decisive action, Jan Urbanec, CEO of Endorphina said the organization is proud to keep pace with the German market and follow government expectations. He had this to say further:
“The combined effort of our legal and development team allowed us to quickly extract the details required from the German regulation and to implement them into our games so we do not disrupt the player’s experience.”
Endorphina Continues To Develop Amid Headwinds Of Regulation
Endorphina has recently signed many high-profile acquisitions, broadening its reach across several markets. After a further alliance with Tecnails, another Latin American gaming platform provider, the company signed an significant tie-up with Universal Soft in a bid to improve its role in Latin America.
The group has also formed a new partnership in Italy with E-Play24, a sector which is under intense regulatory scrutiny. Given the potential difficulties involved with entering new and changing environments, Endorphina stayed committed to improving its presence and activities.
