Ezugi and Caesars Entertainment Launch New Jersey Live Dealer Games
Ezugi Casino At New Gaming Location
Ezugi, a live dealer casino gaming service, has joined forces with Caesars Entertainment, a casino entertainment corporation, thereby joining the US and New Jersey state in particular. Caesars online casino and sportsbook will also deliver live dealer games for Ezugi in the state as part of the arrangement. The names will include games such as American Blackjack, American Roulette, Baccarat, Unlimited Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Casino Hold'em.
Monica Umana, America's Vice President at Ezugi welcomed the relationship and shared her enthusiasm to be teaming up with one of the casino industry's biggest stars. Umana highlighted the success among players of Ezugi games and said she was delighted that customers at Caesars Casino & Sports New Jersey would be able to enjoy this experience already.
Umana noted that live casinos incorporate the beneficial aspects of both online gaming and in-person games, while players love the on-site social contact but at the same time benefit from online gaming. Many of the titles on the list will be broadcast from the Ezugi studio in the Mid-Atlantic state in high quality.
In relation to the contract, Caesars Sports and Online Gaming Head Christian Stuart said Caesars has a optimistic view of this igaming partnership and will aim to give its customers the best quality experience.
Evolution Gaming Bought Ezugi In 2019
Ezugi is now owned by Stockholm company the Evolution Gaming since the transaction was completed in September last year. The all-cash offer was originally priced at $12 million, with potential $6 million in extra compensation. Evolution gaming planned to expand its reach in already-existing markets and to improve its production resources and product growth funds.
Evolution Gaming reported good financial results for the Q32020 – sales rose by 48% to €140 million, and EBITDA grew by 87% to €97 million. Profit for the time was €79.4 million while earnings per share amounted to €0.44.
Evolution Growth Extends The Global Reach
There was a strong demand for Evolution Gaming worldwide, according to CEO Martin Carlesund, and because of that demand the company continued its investment policy in additional studio capacity. The company opened a Lithuanian workshop this year, then extended to include Tbilisi (Georgia), Pennsylvania and Malta. Evolution signed a contract in early November to offer a variety of live-dealer games to popular American online casino and sportsbook operator FanDuel Group.
