Naturally, the Egyptian theme gives lot of options for creators to make something remarkable and I think SoftSwiss produced a very detailed and decoration rich interface. In the background we can see some artistic objects in the inside of a pyramid and the border of the reels are made of stones that decorated with ancient signs and hieroglyphs so the authentic environment is all around us. The illustrations of the most famous Egyptian pictograms are nice and proper and we see the most common used ones like Eye of Horus, pharaoh, Bastet cat, scarabs. All in all, it was a pleasant surprise me of how good it looks like, how great the design is and how my knowledge was minimal to not know SoftSwiss much earlier.

Because of this is just a 9-payline machine I thought its features to offer are limited but to be honest I still would have waited more from the game. The only extra the game has is the Substitute function which hasn’t got any ability to multiply the wins just replaces other symbols. There is no bonus game at all but at least if 3 or more Scarab emblems appear anywhere on the reels they activate 11, 22 or 33 free spins that are played with the same conditions as the triggering spin was used.

The creators perhaps live in the world of numbers because all numbers the game uses are very specific as we can see at the number of free spins. It especially true for the payout numbers which are very uncommon at least I haven’t met such kind of system. The best paying 5 of a kind line win awards 9999 times of line bet, the second best x6666 then x3333 and x888 and so on, but if it wasn’t enough we are in easy situation if we get smaller wins as we just have to deduct on number from the top line payouts. I mean a 4 of a kind line of best rewarding symbol is worth x999 of line bet, then x99 or just two of them pay x9 of that amount and it’s valid for all other payouts, too.

The play session is very ordinary and I haven’t experienced any unusual things there and the payout tendency is also average and mainly the smaller ones come along while the bigger wins are well-hidden. Maybe during free spins there are more wins but without win multiplier it can’t be enough profitable in itself.

Though the graphics are very rich but unfortunately this attribute wasn’t carried over to the game segment and perhaps it works correctly but the missing features are definitely notable. I think this part of the game must improve a lot to we can talk about it as a good game but how the game is today it simple can’t be a good rewarding product and the enjoyment factor is also very limited.
