In fact, there’s really nothing in the game that attracts me – the graphics are contemporary, the Gem symbols aren’t that nice and they remind me of NetEnt’s game Starburst, but Aladdin doesn’t play anything like Starburst at all.

If you are expecting nice big wins from this game, you better think again. The Wild symbol and the top regular gem symbol pays only 50x the total bet for getting any 5 of them, the two Bonus symbols, Aladdin and The Sorcerer, are non-paying, and all the other symbols pay from 20x downwards, so there’s really nothing good about the paytable, but it is in fact slightly better than most other Pragmatic Play’s very-low paytables.

You can only get more Wilds on the reels whenever Aladdin or The Sorcerer appears on reel 1 or reel 5, whereby 3 up to 6 Wilds are given at random positions on the reels. Getting both to appear at once would activate the free spins feature game, but the number of free spins awarded is not defined, depending on who kills the other first. The free spins may actually end after only 3 spins, or go further to the next level, for an additional 3 more free spins, but with no possible retrigger, the entire free spins feature may not even go above 15 free spins in total. Yes, there are win multipliers, but only during the last additional 2 Respins in next level, with only 1 lousy chance to get the maximum 18x multiplier (6 of 3x multipliers added together), so all that is simply rubbish to me!

My best win so far came in the next free spins level, but at the end of 9 free spins, the win was only 103x. All other free spins games ended with poor payouts, except for one game that gave 12 free spins and paid a decent 75x win. In short, I don’t like this game, the payouts are poor, and there’s nothing big to expect out of the free spins, but most other players may actually be contented with the frequent small wins.
