I won a Jackpot of 1000x my bet amount, and then when I wanted to cash out, got told that I had to now wager R25 ,000 000.00 (Twenty Five Million Rand) before I could withdraw my winnings. I did NOT play with any coupon. I have requested the assistance of the CEO Rob Keats who has to date not bothered to contact me. I am yet to establish if they are licensed as they say they are, I have spoken to eCOGRA who advised me that they are not approved through them, yet they say they are on their webpage and they are not mentioned in the London Global Gaming Awards 2020, yet they claim to have won an award? Every peace of legislation I have read states that wagering a Jackpot win is against fair gaming regulations??
