William Hill has introduced MrGreen.lv In the Latvian market

The announcement came after the company received a license from the Republic of Latvia's Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory inspectorate. William Hill runs the 11.lv brand as well.

The Mr Green brand serves casino clients specifically and the company will aim to complement sports-oriented 11.lv.

Janis Tregers, CEO of Latvian operations at William Hill said:

"We aim to leverage the award-winning brand that Mr Green is in combination with our know-how of growing the business in the Latvian market.”

He added 2020 was a difficult year for all but online casino gaming is still loved by the players.

"Combining the local competence from our Latvian team, a strong product and brand, allows us to confidently look forward at doubling our presence in the Latvian market. Of course, we are also excited to be using the Green Gaming framework to further solidify our group's leadership in the responsible gaming area of our business".

Back in 2019, MRG Group and its brands were acquired by William Hill which established a presence in Latvia.
