Bally's opens FanDuel Sportsbook at Atlantic City

The FanDuel Sportsbook have been launched at Ballys Atlantic City Hotel & Casino by Bally's Corporation and FanDuel Group.

It's a temporary sportsbook that, along with the IGT PlaySports app, uses FanDuels trading technologies.

The permanent site of the retail sportsbook is currently under construction, which is scheduled to open in 2021.

FanDuel is also a partner in New Jersey with Meadowlands Racetrack but this contract extends the operators' reach in the Garden State.

Bally's company President and CEO George Papanier said:

"We are very excited to announce the opening of the FanDuel Sportsbook at Bally's AC. It is the first of many planned capital improvement projects at Bally's Atlantic City and a testament to our commitment to reinvest in our physical property portfolio."

Keith Wall, VP Retail at FanDuel Group said:

"We are excited to be one the first pieces of the Capital Improvement Project at Bally's Atlantic City Casino & Hotel. While we are eager to get up and running with our temporary sportsbook, we cannot wait until we open the permanent location and showcase to Atlantic City why FanDuel is the number one sportsbook in New Jersey."
